Every year at the All Employee Meeting we try to bring awareness about all Divisions, Bureaus, and Programs in an innovative way. (i.e. skit and videos)

This year we have created a “Resource Health Fair” to educate each other on what we do. This will be an environment where you will be able to gain valuable information and ask questions about our programs and services both internal and external.  Please see a program list with assigned table numbers below. Take the time identify what area of the department you would like to learn more about or maybe simply visit a table to put a face with an employee you’ve been emailing but have never met. We encourage everyone to attend and come ready to learn!

 When you arrive make sure to:

1. Grab a passport. This passport will serve as proof of where you’ve visited.

2. Travel. You will see a lot of familiar faces we want you to take this time to ask questions about your program of interest. Learn something new whether it is an internal process like procurement or one of our many external programs that provide services to the community!

3. Get stamped! Before you leave each table be sure to get your passport stamped! But know that you must engage with the staff have a few takeaways before you can say you visited.

4. Time to go home. Once you receive a minimum of 20 stamps visit one of our “customs” tables and have your passport reviewed; if you meet the qualifications you will be given a raffle ticket. Once you have your ticket please proceed to the Gymnatorium for the remainder of the All Employee meeting!

5. You win. At the end of the meeting we will draw the winning number for the raffle. The winner must be present and will leave with a weekend Staycation here in Houston!
